This website

The content here is provided for information. It is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing, but it is not a contract, a warranty, or an offer capable of acceptance. Services, availability and any figures shown may change without notice.

Engagements

Any work we do is governed by a written agreement signed by both parties before it starts. That agreement covers scope, price, timeline, ownership of deliverables, confidentiality and liability. Nothing on this website overrides or varies it — where the two conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

Quotes and estimates

Anything given before a signed agreement — including on this site or in correspondence — is indicative only. The binding price is the one in the signed agreement.

Intellectual property

• Our site. The content, design and code of this website belong to UIFlexer. You may read it, link to it and print it for your own reference. You may not republish it commercially without permission.
• Client work. Unless a project agreement says otherwise, clients own the deliverables we produce for them once those deliverables are paid for. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how, and the right to reuse them.
• Third-party assets. Illustrations on this site come from unDraw and are used under their licence. Client logos and brand marks belong to their respective owners, and their appearance implies no endorsement.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its systems, probe or scan it, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, submit false information through the contact form, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

Case studies

We publish case studies only where a client has agreed, or where the work is our own product. Anything marked as a sample is a draft illustration, not a client claim.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Third-party links

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
