Who we are

UIFlexer is a software development studio. For anything in this policy, contact hello@uiflexer.com.

What we collect

• Enquiry details. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, and optionally your company, budget range and message.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp — for security and reliability.
• Analytics. Where analytics is enabled it is aggregate and privacy-friendly. We run no advertising trackers and no cross-site profiling.

Why we use it

• to reply to your enquiry and correspond with you
• to keep this site secure and diagnose faults
• to understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful

Our legal bases

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on legitimate interests to answer business enquiries, secure the site and measure it in aggregate; on contract where we are delivering work you have engaged us for; and on consent for anything you have actively opted into.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We use service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Email delivery — Resend, or our own SMTP provider, to deliver contact-form messages to us.
• Hosting — Vercel, or our own server, to serve this site and hold server logs.
• Analytics — Plausible, if enabled: cookieless and aggregate.

Each provider is bound by its own terms and, where required, a data processing agreement.

Cookies and local storage

We set no advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose a colour theme, that single preference is stored in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device. Analytics, where enabled, does not use cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and deleted on request. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short period, typically 30 days. Analytics data is aggregate and retained by the provider.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email hello@uiflexer.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to those who need it.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
